1.Q:Why Google Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Opera etc. Browser doesn't display 720P?Are you lying to us ?
A:Nope!!This reason is that our Web Browser Developing Software based on IE Web Browser.Others could be incompatible.
2.Q:Does it support Email Photos Notifications?
A:Sorry.This function is not stable with the Server.So we wouldn't support it any more.
3.Q:Why WiFi cannot configure successfully?Does it support Dual Band Router 2.4G and 5G WiFi?
A: This is a 2.4GHZ supported camera and it does not support 5GHZ network.Kindly refer the Instructional Video and the User Manual before use.4.Q:What's the default password.
A:The default password is 888888.For your privacy, please modify the password after you connect it.
